MicroGaming Systems latest software upgrade for June, 2006 includes four new games - three of which are slot machines.  The most anticipated one - at least for soccer fans - comes just in time for the FIFA World Cup. Called World Cup Mania, soccer fans and slot machine lovers alike will get a kick (non pun intended) out of this video slot machine.

World Cup Mania is a loaded game, with five reels, fifteen pay-lines, a bonus feature, multiplier and free spin feature.  Lining up the referee's whistle gets players ten free spins, as well as bonus rounds within the free spins themselves.  As for the bonus round, it comes in the form of a free penalty kick when five gold trophies are hit on the reels.  The player and goalie face up against each other during which the player has to choose from twelve shots in order to score a goal.  A payout as high as 12,500 coins is possible in this bonus round.

Complementing the release of World Cup Mania video slot machines are the new Cashanova slots, which have a whopping thirty pay-lines, 187,500 coin jackpot, and a multi-level bonus feature.  Also getting the green light from MicroGaming is the Megaspin Major Million progressive slot machine, which is basically an new version of the highly popular Major Millions progressive slot machines.  Having been the source of some of the largest slot jackpots won online, Major Millions now comes with the Megaspin feature, allowing gamblers to play up to six games at once.

Rounding up this upgrade is a game not too far off from being a slot machine.  It is a new multi-hand, three card poker game.  Much like the video poker machines, this game should offer a fair return of payout percentage.  Online gamblers can look for the new games at any Microgaming casino licensee with the latest upgrade.
