New Manager for the Augustine Casino

Augustine Casino in Coachella, Arizona announced that veteran manager, Stephen Loyd was taking over as General Manager for the slot machines casino. The Augustine Casino is owned by the Cahuilla Indians, and is already a popular gambling and slot machines facility. With Loyd’s extensive previous experience, the tribe is “delighted” to welcome him to the casino, says tribe chairperson Mary Ann Green.

Some of Loyd’s previous experience includes running the slot machines and casino for Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino. Then Loyd went on to work with the casino owned by Cherokee Nation Enterprises.

Loyd is also excited about this opportunity, and this new position will put him back in the West and back into the slot machines industry in the surrounding region. According to Green, Loyd’s “technical knowledge” and management is an integral part of the management plan outlined for the tribe.
