Slot Machines Coming Soon for Harrahs

The opening of Harrah’s Chester Casino and Racetrack is less than two months away—that means slot machines for the local community in January. Harrah’s is actively pushing the development of the slot machines area of the racino so that the opening will happen in mid January. Harrahs is eager for the slot machines to begin operating not only because of the revenue the slots will bring, but also because of the additional traffic the slots bring to the racetrack portion of the racino.

The racetrack currently boasts crowds of as many as 100 patrons visiting the track—which is definitely decent considering many feel that racetracks are becoming unpopular and attendance is rapidly decreasing at racetracks across the nation. Those numbers will only increase one the slot machines are fully active.

The Chester slots parlor recently got its first wave of slot machines. 192 slot machine on the first day and then another delivery of 275 slot machines. This may seem impressive, and it is certainly enough to get the slot machines parlor up and running, but the facility has planned for 2,750 slot machines when it is at full capacity.
