Scoblete, who is author of what could arguably be the best selling gambling book ever, had some very nice things to say about Mak and his book. In fact, Scoblete's praise is understandably printed on the back cover of the book, stating, "Larry Mak has written a thoughtful, lively and intelligent book on slots. His advice is solid, and his understanding of the machines is based on excellent research, and just as important, extensive personal experience.
